I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.
