I have seen him since 2007 for the treatment of depression / ADHD. With his help, my "quality of life" has improved significantly. He is compassionate, understanding, insightful, and very knowledgeable as to the despair associated with these conditions. Getting up each day and taking on life's challenges is now something I can do thanks to Dr. Krisch.

Their STAFF is very friendly and professional. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. I had an absolutely terrible experience directly with doctor. I had a scheduling conflict the day of the appointment. I called and politely explained this was unexpected and I would need to reschedule. I also at that time was told that there was a packet of information that was sent out and I never recieved. They told me they would send the packet but to see the doctor that I would need a fax from his school and doctor verifying information for medication and also a physical if i remember correctly. I explained I was not comfortable doing that...all I wanted to do was bring him to be evaluated. I was in no way comfotable or ready to talk about medicating my child when I just wanted an evaluation to see if he even needed treatment. The receptionist I spoke with was very nice and understanding, she said that would be fine. Less than a half hour later Dr. Kirch himself contacted me to question me about why I was unable to attend the appointment was very unprofessional and rude. He then proceeded to tell me that he needed this information and I explained the same thing to him as I did the secretary. Instead of being understanding as an upset and concerned parent who is trying to learn about the sysmptoms my child has and talking me through this he was very condenscending, rude and treated me very disrespectfully. Questioning and attacking my parenting for feeling this way because i didnt think medical records were necessary at this pointin time. Common sense tell me he could have evaluated my child to even see if he will need medication and explain thoroughly why he thought this.. until I am comfortable and understand the disorder myself. Dr Kirch then told me that he was not willing to evaluate my child and he could not help my child, that I needed to find another doctor. I was completely discusted with the way I was treated by a health care professional and I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. Miserable and unprofessional doctor to have the audacity to question my concerns and RIGHTS as a parent.
