Dr Gerstenzang paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. His treatment was encouraging, affirming, realistic and flexible. His staff was very compassionate, friendly and helpful. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I don't expect to need this kind of counseling again but if I did I would definitely go back.
