Absolutely terrible in response to medical emergency. Referred to this Dr. by Changebridge Medical group and he would not allow an on-going prescription. This potentially created a medical emergency for me.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were friendly and gracious the entire appointment and made me feel at home. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
