Never told me clearly what work he intended to do on my teeth, never told me clearly how much it was going to cost. He always postponed answers to these questions to later, and more importantly he sat up too many appointments and later had his secretary call me to tell to cancel them for some emergency. Nice guy but treated me way too lightly.
