When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. The biggest problem I had was getting an appointment with the doctor when I was having problems. I would have to wait 2 months or more to get an appointment.
