They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment at all. I was in the waiting room less than twenty minutes. Their staff is one of the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
