Not a good experience. Their Conway, AR office is only open on Mondays and Wednesdays and even then half the time they don't answer the phone! They got the insurance billing wrong and stated we owed several hundred dollars more than we did. They lost the "consent to release information" form that it took weeks to get my son to sign! And, they accused my son of being a drug seeker - never even asking for his long mental health history!
Never again!

They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. She does not take the time to care for her clients and they are unimportant to her. Please don't waste your time.
