I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I had to call several times before someone finally picked up. Most of the advice they were giving me seemed biased. It felt like they were just trying to make money off me instead of giving me genuine advice that would help me. Their office was easy enough to locate. I didn't have too much trouble finding it.

I appreciated that they explained my treatment's risks and benefits. I felt a lot more informed. One thing I liked about their office, was how easy it was to find parking. I found a spot within a matter of minutes. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
