When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They didn't discourage my negative behavior at all, they actually encouraged it. They didn't seem to care how my negative behavior would affect me. I felt like the advice they were giving me was very biased. It didn't feel like they had my best interest at heart. Every time I'm there, I have to re-explain to them my circumstances and why I'm there. It makes me feel like they don't really care about me or listen to me. I couldn't believe that they were late to my appointment. It completely ruined my schedule for the entire day.
