About

Kevin Armstrong

My goal is to listen to what my patients are feeling and to assist them in understanding their treatment options. I share with them what I know about spine-related pain and problems and help them understand what may be happening to cause their pain and what their treatment options are.

While there are a number of evidence-based treatments available for a variety of spine-related problems, there are some cases where no one has been able to eliminate the pain or completely explain it. In these cases, we may still be able to help patients have a better life by helping to clarify their functional goalsand by teaching them techniques for living a better life despite the pain. Often, how a patient thinks or feels about their pain has profound implications for the severity and disruptiveness of their pain.
I enjoy helping people by empowering them with relevant, clear information that helps them understand the causes of their pain and the ways we can help alleviate that pain.
