I help guide individuals through their emotional experiences into understanding and consequently towards improved emotional regulation.
* Anxiety and being a highly sensitive person – what to do when you feel, care, think and try to do so much.
* Psychological / Emotional abuse: these are the hardest to sometimes find the right support for because unlike physical abuse that is tangible and can be clearly understood; this type of abuse can be covert / hidden.
* Environmental Stress: I am noting that people are starting to suffer from chronic health conditions particularly auto immune disorders. at much younger ages. I feel so much of this has to do with the level of environmental stress placed on us.
* Assertiveness Training: Learn to identify your own needs and become confident in expressing them. Learn to own your truths.
* Confidence and Self-esteem: The secret is learning to trust yourself. I guide individuals in learning the meaning and process of self trust.
* Child / Adolescent Psychology: I worked with children and adolescent’s for over ten years in various setting and with some of the most challenging cases but have always had this natural ability to connect in a way that both validates their emotions but also teaches self responsibility and healthy expression / communication of emotions and needs.

My brand of energy works to heal on the emotional, psychological and spiritual levels. I have successfully helped client’s reconnect with their genuine self, free of fear and past traumas. In fact, my early career as an energy healer began while working in a major outpatient mental health clinic in the Bronx. In little time I began to witness miracles, clients who had suffered from chronic depression, anxiety and or other mood disturbances began to transform and heal and thus move towards a more fulfilling life path.
I know in my heart that my purpose is to help those truly searching for healing, understanding and empowerment.
