QCare Residential Facility’s four sites are State of California licensed (License Nos.: 075601280, 075601281, 07560282, 07560183).  Residential care facilities for the elderly (RCFE) are also commonly known as board and care homes, homes for seniors, and rest homes, to name a few.  Our facilities are located in the Bay Area, in the city of Concord, California.
