Drs. Mark & Kara Babinski are a husband and wife chiropractic team. Both growing up locally, Dr. Kara graduated from Glenbard North High School in Carol Stream and continued her studies at Columbia College in Chicago. Dr. Mark is a graduate of Streamwood High School and later earned a degree in biological and life sciences from Excelsior College. Together they attended Sherman College of Chiropractic where they earned their Doctor of Chiropractic Degree and fueled their desire to help people achieve optimal health. Dr. Kara was recognized for her clinical excellence and currently focuses on family care with an emphasis on women’s health, pregnancy and pediatric care. Dr. Mark graduated #1 in his class and earned Summa Cum Laude honors and currently focuses on family care and enjoys working with athletes to help them achieve their goals. Both, Drs. Mark and Kara are certified in RockTape fascial movement taping techniques and use a variety of adjusting techniques that are tailored to the patient’s needs and comfort level.

I have been going to BodyWorks Chiropractic for 3 months now. My neck and back feel so much better. Dr. Mark & Dr. Kara are Amazing! It's not like any other chiropractic office I've been to before. It's a very caring, through, & educational experience. Once a month they reassess your progress- range of motion, flexibility, and take the time to visually show you your x-rays. They explain everything so you can understand and feel comfortable with it. I highly recommend you go in for an appointment with any type of neck or back pain you're experiencing. You'll love their office and the staff. Natalie is great! Most of all... How you will feel!

Drs. Mark and Kara are fantastic! They are both very knowledgeable and, take the time to explain what is going on with your body. They are efficient and respect your time, while ensuring they are providing you with the best care. They are super flexible and are very accommodating.

I was very happy to see a chiropractor open up in the area, as I have heard many great things about the benefits of seeing one. Over the last month I have seen them, I feel incredible! My posture is better, I'm sleeping more comfortably and have noticed my flexibility increasing.

Highly recommend this practice, your body will thank you.
