I am a concerned patient , when I initially called to make my appointment it was very difficult to speak to someone , it took me 3 Weeks to finally make my first appointment. It has truly been a nightmare. The first time I spoke to the receptionist she put me on hold and hanged up , I don’t know if it was a accident but she never reached out to me, meaning she did not call me back . I called back a minute after and again there was no answer. I also went to a Saturday appointment and the receptionist offered to make me two other appointments ,she asked what times was good for me and said I could call back during the week to see, when she made the appointments but when I calledto check she never made any appointments for me. Once again I am calling and there is no answer. There is a answering service , that really doesn’t really help , I don’t understand why the front desk, Is not able to make appointments . I have been to the office and its very calm not busy at all , no reason why the front desk cannot answer phones and attend to the patients. They need more training its terrible I am very disappointed with the treatment I experienced . It has to Be Better. Better Training. Better Customer Service. Honestly I feel like calling my insurance and make a complaint about this. No one should have so much trouble making an appointment, I am getting physical therapy and this is important to me to get better. I also work and have kids. I cannot be calling every hour to make a appointment. It has to be better.
