Derek Lipton, RD, LD, CPT

I am a Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer with a passion for applying nutrition to maximize the benefits of exercise. I work with clients aiming to improve their weight, heart health, athletic performance, and overall health & fitness.

I offer Personal Training, Nutrition Counseling, and Health Coaching services, with availability in the evenings and weekends. We can meet at your home, office, or another local spot. See below for more information about each service.

The fee for the initial assessment is $59-69 and includes a Body Composition Analysis (body fat %), if desired. Follow-ups are $39-59, depending on location and type of service. Please visit liptonnutritionfitness.com for more details.

Services •Nutrition Counseling:
Using a "No Diet" approach, I will provide you with nutritional knowledge and strategies to modify your current diet without making any drastic changes or having to restrict any foods. The most successful "diet" is one that you can follow for the rest of your life, so that you not only reach your goals, but maintain them, too.

•Personal Training:
We can meet at your gym, apartment, or home. I take a "Lifestyle Approach" to fitness, meaning that I will work with you to develop an exercise plan that enables you to work out within your resources and time constraints. My goal is to create a plan that allows you to eventually work out on your own, using the knowledge and instruction from our personal training sessions.

•Health Coaching:
Focus on changing certain lifestyle habits that may be impeding you from reaching your goals. We will work on developing a plan that incorporates exercise, nutrition, and other stress-reduction strategies to improve your overall health. These sessions can be done in-person or via phone/video chat.
