At Pilates On The Go, we combine classical Pilates method with a modern twist. Our Pilates fitness philosophy is developed to work around your busy schedule. We offer on-site services as well as beach/lakefront Pilates, privates, duos, small group settings at your location. Our staff has traveled literally all over the world to teach. Our sessions will help with the overall toning of the body, strengthening of the core, and lengthening overall body. With our unique atmosphere and highly trained instructors we ensure you easy accessibility, personalized attention and a workout that caters to your specific requests. Pilates On The Go is committed to helping you reach your fitness goals in every stage of life. We offer Pilates prenatal and postnatal programs, rehabilitation, senior fitness, increase athletic performance and nutritional coaching. Unlike other workouts, Pilates On The Go leaves you feeling refreshed and energized at the end of your session. Our goal is to teach our clients about movement of the body, balance, coordination, strength, endurance and flexibility so they walk away feeling their best!

Private Sessions using mat with props are available on request. Private sessions are customized to meet your personal needs.

Pilates and ball classes are for all ages and fitness levels. The series of exercises are very easy to modify for individual needs. Whatever you do is 100% for you! Although the same exercises may differ from class to class, the principles are the same and you use the body in the same way. It is easy for you to progress and to see and feel the benefits.

PILATES ON THE BEACH SCHEDULE

June thru September

Beach/Lakefront Classes: 60 minute classes on the beach or lakeside. Soak up the sun with your personally instructed mat class on our pristine lakefront. Overlook the water while you build a stronger body, develop long lean muscles, increase core strength, and improve overall health and well-being.
