Want a therapist with a warm, empathetic style who can see to the heart of what's holding you back and give you practical, actionable suggestions for what to do to move forward? Like the idea of learning new ways to think about old problems and letting go of the things you can't control?
I can help you to experience relief and make meaningful change.
I offer a blend of cognitive therapy (the most well-researched form of therapy) with an emphasis on the mind-body connection, helping my clients to actively work toward their goals. I know that therapy is a huge investment of your time, energy, and money and will work collaboratively with you to make the most effective and efficient use of your counseling experience. To help some clients to get unstuck, I offer "Walk & Talk" sessions if you request them, taking our session out of the office and into the outdoors.
I will work in partnership with you to help you feel:
-less stressed
-less discouraged
-more present and focused
-hopeful again.
This engaging, hopeful, active approach can really help.
