On Sunday, July 25, 2021, my husband & I took our 8 yr. old Lab mix to this Center so Dr. Ambrose could look at & asses a large tumor that had suddenly appeared under our dog's armpit.
The doctor was extremely thorough with her examination of our dog. She performed an aspiration to see if there were any suspicious cells from the matter she obtained and determined that it appears to be a fatty tumor.
Dr. Ambrose was detailed in her explanation of our dog's situation and answered all our questions.
Our regular vet is unavailable for two months, so we have surgery scheduled with Dr. Ambrose.
We interacted with staff personnel,; Myra & Zoe who obviously care for dogs and their owners due to the treatment our dog, my husband & I received.
The front desk elderly lady needs to either retire or receive lessons on how to treat people seeking help for their "babies" or answers to questions a person has.
Be prepared for a possible lengthy wait if your visit is "urgent" but not an "emergency"; and, if you can ignore the elderly lady's attitude, you shouldn't be disappointed in the care you receive from the doctor and the staff.
I chose this Center because of the comments made by my friend who had an emergency and took her cat to the Center & saw Dr. Ambrose.
Based upon my friend's comments and my experience, I recommend this Clinic for Emergency and Urgent care.
