Colonoscopies are, by definition, not fun. But , from the first consultation to the actual procedure, Dr. Shapiro and his staff put me at ease and made the experience as painless [physically and mentally] as possible. Dr. Shapiro was kind, professional and worked with me in regard to my schedule. His staff was also excellent-- from the front office to the nurses, everyone I encountered answered my questions and provided me with whatever I needed.

I simply went for a consult prior to scheduling a colonoscopy. There was no treatment to rate. The staff and Dr. Shapiro were efficient and polite. I would be happy to offer more information AFTER my procedure.
