Ms. Shivani Chauhan, who is a certified ‘ Physical Therapist ‘ at “Elder fit in- home rehab” Was first Met by me at my residence. She was recommended by Dr. Lynch, who is my personal Physician. She was assigned to train me as an outpatient in my home, with Physical exercises that would eventually strengthen my muscles and rehabilitate me.

She was prompt with the scheduled times and her demeanor was always pleasant. She was always kind and encouraging with the various daily exercises. We both were impressed by my Progress, noticed in my performances of the routine. At the end of the series, which lasted about 6 weeks my overall gait, muscle tone and general coordination were greatly improved thanks to Ms. Shivani Chauhan.

I would be happy to recommend Ms. Chauhan without any reservation as a physical therapist
