Ocean Breeze Recovery is firmly committed to endorsing the prevention of drug and alcohol abuse. We firmly believe that drug and alcohol addiction is a completely preventable disease. This is supported by results from a recent National Institute of Drug Abuse funded research study which showed that prevention programs involving families, schools, communities, and the media are extremely effective in reducing drug and alcohol abuse. However, we do understand that many events and cultural factors affect drug and alcohol abuse trends.
When youths perceive drug and alcohol abuse as harmful, they reduce or eliminate their drug and alcohol intake. That is why Ocean Breeze Recovery believes that education and outreach are the keys to helping youth and the general public understands the risks of drug and alcohol abuse. To assure these efforts teachers, parents, medical and public health professionals must keep driving home the message that drug and alcohol addiction can be prevented by abstinence.

Drug Treatment Programs
Ocean Breeze Recovery offers different levels of care in our drug treatment programs, in order to provide clients with the help they need. We conduct full assessments on all our clients during the admissions process, so that we can determine their needs, and to help them achieve their recovery goals. From residential and outpatient therapy to our alumni program, clients are provided with a safe place in which to recover. Our therapists help individuals work through their underlying causes of addiction and restore balance to their lives. Ocean Breeze offers a number of different levels of drug treatment programs.
Types of Drug Treatment Programs
Inpatient Addiction Rehab: The highest level of care offered in our addiction treatment services is our inpatient drug rehab. Here, our clients receive care, support, and supervision 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This treatment service option requires that clients attend programs and live in a controlled environment where they are closely monitored and supervised. This is a very critical time in recovery and we do not embrace anything that could jeopardize those efforts. Our clients take the needed time to completely immerse themselves in intensive drug treatment services and focus solely on their recovery without worrying about outside forces or influences.
Intensive Outpatient Addiction Rehab: Once inpatient addiction rehab is complete, clients will then transition into a more relaxed level of treatment which allows them a greater level of independence. Our intensive outpatient drug rehab level of care allows for gradual re-entry into society and empowers clients to apply and practice their recently acquired recovery and life skills on their own with less supervision. Individuals in this stage of recovery will still have access to our drug treatment center which will aid in their recovery and help them to make positive choices.
Outpatient Addiction Rehab: Outpatient drug rehab allows clients the time that they need to focus on restoring their life while staying connected to the guidance and support of the Ocean Breeze Recovery and maintaining access to valuable and helpful drug treatment programs. Our day rehab program allows clients that are more stable to take part in our sessions during the day, but return to their home at night.
Addiction Rehab Alumni: As we continually stress throughout our drug and alcohol rehab programs, substance abuse recovery is currently and will always be a lifelong process. With this philosophy in mind, Ocean Breeze Recovery offers the opportunity for weekly support groups and addiction rehab alumni programs to all of our graduates as part of our commitment to ensure their continued and lifelong sobriety success.

In addition, as part of our effort to further support our clients and alumni, safe and structured sober housing is available at all levels of treatment throughout our entire addiction treatment program.
