I had never been to a chiropractor before. I have heard stories about chiropractors stringing patients along and milking insurance for every penny they can. Suffice it to say, I was a bit skeptical.

One morning I woke up with a crick in my neck. That crick turned into a massive stiff and sore neck over the next 3-4 months. It got so bad that I couldn't turn my head to check my blind spots while driving a car. Every single motion of my neck caused pain. I felt like one of those weirdos who swing their shoulders to look around because the neck doesn't move.

My mom eventually talked me into trying a chiropractor. I am so glad I did! After my first adjustment, I could move my neck with no pain. I came in about 5 more times and my neck feels better than it ever has, ever. Dr. Chris gave me a bunch of exercises and stretches to do at home that really helped with my stiffness and pain. I really appreciated how he didn't try and pressure me into long term care. I would recommend anyone who hasn't been to a chiropractor before to get over yourself and see how good you can feel.

Dr. Cooper really cares about me as a patient. He spends extra time with me when I need it, and I appreciate that. He is always professional and up front about costs.
