I just filed a Civil Complaint and privacy complaint regarding Dr. Ingrid P Dunn, who is affiliated with your organization. Her "policy" is horrendous. You do not own your body apparently. I had tests ordered STAT, yet they refused to give me my results. Very upsetting for a young woman who has a lot of health issues already. Just because it's your "POLICY" does not mean you are above the laws implemented by HIPAA. As someone who worked closely with HIPAA laws and violations, I am beyond sickened by this type of practice. This should not even be up for discussion. I had a follow up appointment that I canceled today. I found another doctor immediately, and guess what, they told me. They told me that they would never leave a patient in a lurch like this Doctor did. My results, my rights.
As a matter of fact, I went down to FRI to get my report with no issues, yet this Doctor refused.
