Unwilling to work with 81 year old who just had stomach surgery. There were no chairs put together to try out for the fit. Chair delivered and it's too big and uncomfortable. Her feet don't even touch the floor! Was told there is no smaller chair to exchange and will not give her money back. In fact, they are charging her 1/3 the cost of a 900.00 chair for a restocking fee!!!!
No stars but it wouldn't let me leave it blank.
This is just cruel for elderly individuals. Individual was not nice on the phone nor to my mother when she called for help.
