What an atrocity of a practice. Avoid at all costs. Completely inept handling of insurance claims, delayed critical medical equipment due to "UPS slowdown." They failed to mention that their address had been changed, and the patient wound up at a building that had been empty for years. Calling about any of these problems will not help, as on the phone I was LITERALLY told that "we don't know how to access voicemail." AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Blue Cross Blue Shield should be ashamed that this is an in-network provider.
