Visited Aultman North this past wk. diagnosed WW/ UTI. Given antibiotics & culture taken. Paperwork was given @ discharched that if symptoms chgd or worsened to call back. However there was no phn # listed on paperwork. I am insulin dep diabetic & have had lithotripsy for stone before. i was transferred to nurses/Drs station where phn range 30x w/ no answer then called back. Receptionist was very nice but shocked & connected me again this time 40 rings no answer & transfered back to receptionist who gave me Aultman's main nurses line. Daniel answered & I barely got my name out & he told me to call 911& hung up. My husband insisted I try Aultman North again the next day & this time it seemed they remembered me? After waiting several hours Courtney reviewed much of the same info much except symptoms were worse & I was also told the over the counter med to help relieve pain was for nauseous. Which is funny because after 5 boxes I continue to have nauseous. Also my sister has been a surgical urological nurse for over 20 yrs & she said that over the counter med AZO foR UTI would relieve pain from UTI. She lives 4 hrs away in case you wonder why I didn't go there. I just asked for relief/compassion. All I got was return for the same tests.
