They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Their office was very clean. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I was never put on hold when calling. They were so kind and attentive to me. Should I ever need another physical therapist, I will be back to Heartland, Not only did Heartland save my shoulder they gave me back my life. Thank you Heartland
