I had my Lasik procedure done a few weeks ago Dec 2020. I was extra excited to ditch the glasses before Christmas but hesitant as I have 6month old twins at home. I had my procedure on a Friday morning and was able to help with my babies that same night! I am proud to be a patient of Berkeley Eye Center and to have gotten Lasik done there. Cindy walked me through the process at my first evaluation where I actually got a tour of the operating room and procedure. This made the day of surgery easy because I was already able to visualize it. I saw Kayla anytime I checked in for an appointment including the day of surgery. She is always extra nice and helpful! Dr. McCauley performed my surgery. I met him for the first time that morning and right off the bat I felt comfortable. I felt like I had known him forever as opposed to being just another patient (which has never happened to me before)! Lynzee was also super sweet and checked me out afterwards - scheduling my post-op appointments. I would give them 10 stars if I could.!

Joline was awesome!! I have a lot of anxiety around eye appts specifically drops and pressure checks. She was very patient and worked with me to help me through it. Her kindness kept me calm and she got the drops and pressure done in record time!! Very appreciative.
