Had a prescription in hand that I had a question on. It was from their eye doctor. I called and a very rude lady was no help and would not listen to me. Her name was Taylar. Then she put the phone down and walked off!? I do not recommend them. Went to a different eye doctor somewhere else and they fixed the problem.

Anyone know of an eye doctor in Elizabethtown, KY besides 20/20. Made appointment back in January. Got a call this morning, doctor appointment was with wasn't in, if we come in by 3:15 this other doctor can see you. We're there by 3:01. At 3:45 come over to tell us we can't be seen. I'm done with 20/20. Not 1st time this has happened but it is the last time. This happened to my friend today. Not very happy with 20/20 because of this. I recommended this business to her.
