EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE.
I was in an accident- was seen by them a handful of times, got an attorney and have been trying to get my records from them for MONTHS now. They NEVER ANSWER the phone, and rarely call back.
If you can't keep in touch with the few clients you have- you shouldn't be a business.

AVOID.
