I think Diana means well, but to be totally honest, she is flaky. Now she is doing pop-up yoga which seems to fit her personality better because it is impulsive. She was not good at being on schedule for class before and she did not communicate well. When I tried to express a concern, she was a little too unconcerned for my taste. Also, I am not convinced of her credentials at this point.
