I'm finding another Dr. for Juvederm and botox. Have been gong here for years, but guess that doesn't matter. I called three times and was assured that cosmetics would get back with me. It's now two days later and nobody bothered to call me back.

This has happened before - more than twice. Once, okay, maybe busy....but three or more times? Way to make your patient feel like they are not worth anything to you. Terrible.
