I'm an experienced Therapist, Recovery Coach & Life Coach. I typically work with TEENAGERS, COLLEGE STUDENTS, EMERGING ADULTS, YOUNG ADULTS & their FAMILIES from a Christian perspective.

I've worked with teens & young adults for nearly 2 decades in various settings like a NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED substance abuse treatment center (Rosecrance), college campus & local Christian church. As a Recovery Coach & Life Coach, I work with clients globally.

I too faced frustrations, stress & tough relationships as a teenager, adolescent, student (high school, college & grad school), young adult & family member. Working through it myself helps me help others overcome through Counseling, Therapy, Recovery Coaching & Life Coaching.

It's an honor to work with adolescents, young adults & families, helping them BECOME ALL GOD CREATED THEM TO BE & start living in FREEDOM! Nothing excites me more than helping the Next Generation of teens, adolescents, college students & young adults discover their PURPOSE, reach their full POTENTIAL & GROW in their Christian faith!
