Joan Dickason, FMCHC

After many years as an Information Technology professional working on Wall Street, I suffered the effects of long hours, long commutes, unrelenting stress, eating on the run, and not enough sleep or exercise. At a career crossroad in my life, I decided to follow my passions and chose the path to a balanced life and increased health. I started Crossroads Nutrition to work with others like me to find their path and move step by step towards their wellness goals. I work with clients via a video link or by telephone.

I received my training at the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy and am a National Board Certified-Health and Wellness Coach by the International Consortium for Health and Wellness Coaching and the American Board of Medical Examiners. I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
