At Chi of Life Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork the goal is to provide the best, personally tailored treatments to each client in a safe, comfortable and respectful environment.

Stresses and strains of modern life impose stress on the bodies internal systems, impeding circulation and causing energetic imbalances and blockages. Therapeutic Massage relaxes and gently stretches muscle tissue, soothes excited nerves and allows blood and interstitial fluids, such as lymph, to flow freely, bringing life giving oxygen and nourishment to each cell of the body and efficiently carrying away waste products and accumulated toxins. Massage also assists in the balance of internal energy systems.

J. L. Jones, principal therapist at Chi of Life, is a Licensed Massage Therapist (Alabama Lic. #3610), Certified Integrative Reflexologist, Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master and previously an Emergency Medical Technician, Intermediate.

Mr. Jones has devoted over ten years into study and practice of the philosophies of the ancient Daoist Masters of China, including QiGong and self-study of Traditional Chinese Medicine. From these philosophies arose most other energetic healing systems throughout the world, including modern Therapeutic Massage.
