Dr. Allen Conrad was born in Philadelphia, PA, a graduate of Father Judge High School in 1991. He attended Millersville University and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.S.) with a minor in Chemistry in 1996. He then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree (D.C.) in 2000. While working for Palmer's Sports Injury Clinic, Dr. Conrad was also awarded "Rehabilitation and Sports Injury Intern of the Year" in 2000. Dr. Conrad has kept up to date on many continuing educational classes, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced chiropractic care and rehabilitation protocols. Dr. Conrad is also currently the Team Chiropractor for the Blackthorn Mens Rugby Club, which allows him to utilize his chiropractic and physical therapy knowledge in a sports setting.
Dr. Conrad has advanced post doctorate training in the diagnosis and treatment of Whiplash and Work /Auto related injuries. He utilizes a multi-disciplinary approach, including working with doctors specializing in multiple areas. This approach insures that the patient can receive the best possible care.
From 2001-2006, Dr. Allen Conrad was working in private practice inside the Bally's Total Fitness/ Willow Grove location. His duties included:
*Senior Doctor for health club clinics for the largest Chiropractic and Rehabilitation Center company on the east coast.
*Supervising over 34 offices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, D.C. and Texas.
*Working in coordination with numerous interdisciplinary professionals while providing top quality care to patients of all ages.
*Awarded Top Clinician and Patient Retention Award 2003-2006.
Dr. Conrad is an alumnus of the Millersville University and Blackthorn Men's Rugby Teams.
