I saw Susan as a child I believe for a long period of months I had an abusive father. I was depressed, suicidal and hated life. When she had sided with me and we tried to bring my father in, he no longer wanted me to see her anymore- I was a young child obviously had no way to pay. so I went in by myself a week or so beat up after that to see if I could just have five minutes of her time and she told me to go away and she would not talk to me. I am 35 years old and it honestly still bothers me till this day that someone could be so cold hearted to an abused child- I understand I didn't have the money for council but I was not asking for anything but a few minutes as I felt I had no-one else at that point in my life. This has detoured me from EVER WANTING therapy ever again. Otherwise she was a pleasant lady.
