Dr. Greenwood has significantly improved my health and quality of life. Being pain free means I can now golf daily. I have been seeing chiropractors for over 20 years and Dr. Greenwood is by
far the best I have ever found. He is very gentle but effective and adjusts my neck and back without discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. Greenwood!" -- Steve Topp
"I was in a lot of pain before my first visit. I could not even stand up straight without pain. After my first visit I felt so much better! He knows what hes doing!! You wont be disappointed. I hurt my back years ago as a paratrooper in the Army. My back pain always seems to be a problem but since coming to Dr. Greenwood I feel better tha ever." -- Amber
"I have been to other chiropractors over the years with little to no improvement. I came to Dr. Greenwood for pain management a few years ago. Not only has my pain been eliminated between visits but I am healthier and my posture has improved dramatically. Dr. Greenwood makes me feel very comfortable in his care. He treats patients like family and has an attitude of serving others to make sure the treatments are providing results." --Shirley
"I didn’t always know the key solutions to chronic and difficult health conditions."
"When I graduated from chiropractic college over 30 years ago, I took care of neck and back conditions like most chiropractors do. Chiropractic college taught me how to affect the organ systems of the body by adjusting the spine. They also taught me an overview of nutrition. However, a number of my patients had chronic problems that required more than just chiropractic care and simple nutritional supplements."
"I knew there was more that I needed to learn. So I enrolled in National College of Naturopathic Medicine (NCNM), the oldest accredited college of natural medicine in the US. My years of instruction and clinical experience at NCNM taught me how to diagnose and treat the organ systems specifically, with natural, drug free methods, including herbal medicine, homeopathy, and other natural therapies. At NCNM I gained a more comprehensive understanding of nutritional and herbal solutions to health conditions."
"I now understood the natural approach but not the medical approach, and still desired to learn more. I enrolled in Ross University School of Medicine, completing two years of medical school, including another round of clinicals and two hospital externships. It increased my ability to diagnose conditions and gave me a working knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs and their effect on the body. I now had a comprehensive understanding of the body and the various solutions available for my patients in western medicine."
"To complement my education in western medicine, I chose to learn what eastern medicine had to offer by studying acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. This further increased my understanding of the energy flow of the body. I learned how to affect this flow to keep the organ systems balanced and functioning correctly with increased energy."
"It was after years of treating difficult conditions with this comprehensive viewpoint that I developed my 3 step approach. I want to to use that approach to help you get out of pain and feel good again!"
*Dr. Greenwood maintains a license as a Naturopathic Physician in Washington State, where he practiced for seven years as a primary care physician as a licensed Naturopathic Doctor (ND) and was an adjunct professor of National College of Naturopathic Medicine, training naturopathic students in his Anacortes, Washington Family Clinic. There is no licensing for naturopathic physicians in the state of Missouri. Because of this lack of licensing, some people in Missouri obtain "ND degrees" from brief correspondence
Dr. Greenwood has received over 2,400 hours of post-graduate training, including two academic years at Ross University, University, an allopathic (MD) medical school. He also has had medical externships in pediatrics and psychiatry, over 300 hours of advanced orthopedic training from Texas Chiropractic College, and advanced acupuncture training.
