I went to Dr. Bakty for knee pain that came from a bad fall years ago - I was always given Cortisone injections or pain medication that made me nauseous and itchy. We talked about when the pain started, how bad, etc. she answered all of my questions with surprising thoroughness (if that's a word?) - she did the PRP treatment on the knee, it was not painful at all. I had never heard of PRP before, but her explanation about it made me confident in the whole thing. My knee was a little sore for the next day or two, as the doctor told me it would be, but after that, the pain was literally gone. It was miraculous, I actually laughed about it with friends. Why don't more people know about this treatment? Why are we always told we can only use Cortisone shots? Why are prescription narcotics the only option for pain management? So many aspects of western medicine have helped people in huge ways, but there are definitely areas we are lacking. Anyway, her secretary was super sweet and helpful with giving me directions. Their office, which they said was new is welcoming and comfortable. Ask for a mini-tour, the "IV room" is so comfortable and relaxing! The whole experience was a change and quite frankly, a relief from "traditional" medicine. Dr. Bakty explained that she is more eclectic, but I'm a naturopathic medicine advocate and will be patient of Dr. Bakty for as long as possible. Honestly, I could not be happier!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute?
Never, they are very reliable.
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
