I am now accepting new clients as of 8/22/23! I have more than twenty years experience helping boys, men and couples learn how to be more resilient and be more relational, while helping them build their character. I currently offer both individual and couples counseling.

I take a customized approach with each client I work with. I especially enjoy helping those dealing with relationship challenges. My approach to working with clients includes using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Relational Life Therapy along with using coaching techniques. I often have my clients do homework to speed up progress.

In order to make sure that this is a good fit for you, I ask we have a 30 minute informational meeting, at no charge. I will ask you about who you are and what are you looking to achieve. I will also tell you about my approach and answer any questions you have. We will then decide whether or not this is a good fit and discuss next steps
