They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available.
