I was turned away after being a patient for a year when I walked in with teh flu to have my son test. I was told they would be closing in 10 mins and for me to go elsewhere. The next month my son had nemours, and was hospitalized, now had he seen his proper original pediatrician I wonder if I would've have the same result. Everytime I go the NPR tried to give me referrals for numerous things, oh your son isnt talking enough, he doesn't listen ( like most kids in which he was watching Mickey and singing along with the youtube video) but go get his hearing checked. Obviously he is fine. I have had a worse experience at a pediatrician. I dropped off paper work for my job for my sons hospital stay, nurse confirmed the fax number and called me 2 days later to say its ready. I get a call from my job teh doctor office never faxed ANYTHING. I would not recommend this place. I am seeking a new pediatrician.

Definitely. They ridiculed me when I asked for additional details

All the time. It made me very suspicious

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry
