For an orthodontist office I was kind of surprised to see how out of date their equipment was there. I wish they had more of the recent advancements I have seen available at other places. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. I can't rate them too highly on the friendliness scale. Big girl at front desk flossed her teeth as I booked appointment. They were polite enough, but I wasn't very impressed. The doctor who's picture is here is not the doctor there. This place has doctors coming and going more often than patients do. I would rethink if concidering this office. They do not use proper sterilizing techniques. Osha needs to be called
