As a clinical social worker, I use time-honored and proven methods to help individuals, groups and communities enhance their capacity for social functioning and restore manageability in their lives. I employ holistic psychotherapeutic methods to address the emotional, mental and behavioral well-being of individuals, couples and groups. The process of change occurs within a therapeutic relationship governed by the science of clinical practice and art of understanding, teaching, supporting and confronting. My philosophy is to create an atmosphere of comfort and care for clients to discover more about themselves and their environment. My mission is to help clients create the life they have envisioned and desire given the influences, supports, barriers, or challenges within the larger community in which they live. Services are confidential and private, supportive and non-judgmental.
