Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. James Cole, D.C.'s staff is very friendly and professional. James Cole, D.C. is always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Almost every time I visit James Cole, D.C., I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are.
