Dr. Talarico is the best in the Burgh. I have been going to him for years for neck, back and migraine pain. He will fix you right up. He is friendly patient and considerate. All around great guy. His staff is polite and friendly as well. If you want the best go see Dr. Talarico you won't regret it. I just love him.
