I was horrified at how Wendi would speak to her staff in front of patients or even when she was on the phone with me. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for her. Wendi and her staff were not pleasant, she was always focused on money and constantly talked about insurance claims and getting paid. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. They didn't customize their treatment at all to address my specific condition. They just give all their patients the same adjustments, which isn't very effective. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. Their staff was not friendly at all. Wendi talked down to me in front of other patients. She is very unprofessional and rude. I am seeing a "real" doctor now. She knows very little about modern treatments, not sure if she's qualified to call herself a doctor. I certainly won't be recommending her to any of my friends or family members.

When I had an acute problem -couldn't stand upright, she fixed it so I could be functional. She also immediately relieved pain when a reg doc , pills , and physical therapy didn't touch it. And for regular maintaince to prevent problems in the first place - it is worth it to go!
