Mark Hampton, D.C. explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
