I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous.
